High Cholesterol

High cholesterol is characterized by a higher-than-ideal amount of LDL — the “bad” cholesterol — in the bloodstream. The more you reduce your LDL, the lower your risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Health conditions related to high cholesterol include angina, heart disease, stroke, and peripheral artery disease. A diagnosis of high cholesterol can involve a simple blood test, a physical exam, additional laboratory tests, and imaging procedures. High cholesterol treatment can include modifying your diet, getting regular exercise, quitting smoking, and taking statins or other cholesterol-lowering drugs. I use PHYTOMEGA from Melaleuca, Inc.  and have had great success.
